Modernforkids.com uses Canada Post for shipping. Shipping fees are calculated at check out and added to your invoice. Purchased items will be shipped within 2–4 business days unless noted otherwise. For items shipped outside of Canada, I cannot guarantee exact arrival date since arrival will vary based on the customs and inspections and/or other delays beyond my control. Modernforkids.com is not responsible for additional taxes duties and/or brokerage fees. Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a Canada Post tracking number with which your delivery can be monitored for an estimated delivery time.

*Certain items may require special shipping and handling. This information will be mentioned in the items description. The oversize item will incur an additional $15.00 shipping charge due to additional packing material and item size.

Returns and Exchanges
Should your item arrive damaged please contact modernforkids.com immediately to rectify the situation. A claim to Canada Post can be put forth immediately however, this may require some information; including photographs of the damaged item/s, damaged packaging and photos of the label within 3 business days in order to process the claim with Canada Post.
If for some reason the item is not what you expected and you are not pleased just return the item within 7 days of receipt. The item MUST BE in its original condition and packaging for a full refund to your credit card. You will be refunded the cost of the item purchased only, not the shipping fee. Additionally, costs to return the product is at the purchasers’ expense. Modernforkids.com reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item was returned not in its original condition. Items returned or exchanged should be shipped to the address below.
